My Take: Loved it! Amazing! I am beyond happy of how this book ended. I wish I could live in Idris!

I am swaying between 4 and 5 stars. This book made the whole series so worth it!

The details in these books are so vivid, everything from beauty to grotesque and from magical to horror. Other books I have read, I can be a little flexible on how the characters look but with this series I have a very vivid picture of each character (they are all really **HOT** in their own unique way).

Cassandra Clare’s imagination is so amazing. Do you want a book that has vampires, werewolves, faeries, warlocks, angels, demons and forsaken? This is the series for you.

I now have a deep attachment to all of the characters, specifically Clary, Jace, Simon, Izzy, Alec, even Maia and Magnus. I love reading about how each character evolves in just a few weeks.

Cassandra Clare had to have had a very big picture of how this series would play out. When there is something that happens in the book that you would think is not relevant, you find later plays a big role in the books…and I don’t think she is done.

She does have an ending to all three books, so you can give yourself a break between books.

I have to own this series because I would really like to read them again.
